The Annual Benefits Programme

As part of the IASIOS membership, with all 3 IASIOS seals, facilities receive access to the benefits program, which offers exclusive events, networking opportunities and much more.

What to expect in 2025?

2 free congress registrations to ECIO and CIRSE

The congress registrations are meant to provide a learning opportunity and benefit team members that otherwise may not be able to attend. (e.g. juniors, residents, nurses, radiographers, technicians, etc.)

Professional Development:

  • Workshops for meeting the criteria from the standards of QA and becoming an IASIOS-accredited centre
  • Workshops for radiographers and nurses
  • Curated topic packages for excellence in clinical care
  • Guidance on improving your IO clinical pathway

For IASIOS Accredited Centres:

  • Benchmarking services and workshops to discuss current IO service trends (first workshop held at CIRSE 2024)
  • Collaborative workshops on becoming a Centre of Excellence
  • The opportunity to join the IASIOS Council

Networking and recognition:

  • Bi-annual cocktail reception at ECIO and CIRSE congresses
  • Badge distinction for all members of IASIOS facilities at ECIO, ET, and CIRSE.

Marketing and promotion:

  • Facility promotion at the IASIOS booth (check out the upcoming events we are attending)
  • Support with marketing materials and centre promotion upon enrolment and accreditation
  • Press article opportunities (read recent posts here)

Future development

As the IASIOS community grows, the following additional services and events are in development exclusively for IASIOS members:

  • Exclusive learning and training opportunities from other IASIOS members
  • IASIOS patient information aids and satisfaction surveys
  • More extensive benchmarking services for comparison to other IASIOS enrolled and accredited centres

At ECIO 2024, IASIOS established Subcommittees in charge of leading and directing initiatives in benchmarking, education and the IASIOS community. These features are now gradually becoming available to all members of the IASIOS community and are projected to be fully developed in 2026.

IASIOS is committed to supporting and promoting the growth of Interventional Oncology globally. The Benefits Programme is designed to empower practitioners and enhance the visibility of IO on a global scale.
