1 The facility will be notified if an on-site audit is requested by IASIOS assessors and will have the right to accept or refuse the service with all subsequent consequences to the accreditation process
2 Additional expenses for meals, accommodation and travel apply. The standard of air travel is economy on all short-haul, medium-haul and long-haul flights
