First IASIOS accredited centre in Germany
Published in a local newsletter, “Rhein-Neckar-Zeitung,” SLK-Heilbronn is announced as the first centre to achieve IASIOS accreditation in Germany. The article celebrates the facility’s excellent methodologies and technologies in treating tumours in cancer patients and recognizes SLK-Heilbronn’s advanced treatment option, offering the best patient care in the region.
The facility also made a statement on its website highlighting how, in addition to traditional cancer treatments (surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy), the IO service provided at SLK Kliniken heilbronn is becoming increasingly significant; included a statement from Prof. Phillipe Pereira, Director of the Radiology Department “This certification attests to the extremely good cooperation in our centre between the oncology and radiology department. This guarantees our patients minimally invasive therapies according to the highest standards of quality, with excellent treatment results.”
